Children of women born before 01/01/1948: the problem of the 01/01/1948 law can now be overcome through Sentence n. 4466, of 02/25/2009, which recognizes the right of transmission of citizenship to Italian women and their children born before the promulgation of the Republican Constitution on 01.01.1948.
